Cristina de Mello-Sampayo is currently Assistant Professor in the Pharmacological Sci. Department, Faculty of Pharmacy at the Universidade de Lisboa and collaborator of the iMed.ULisboa. Early in her career, both at pharmaceutical industry and whilst undertaking her Master studies in “Toxicology and quality control of foods” she developed an interest in bioactive compounds from natural sources. She received her PhD in Biosciences/Biochemistry from Birmingham University, UK. Following her work in the Medicines National Agency (INFARMED) she has continued studding bioactive compounds. Recently her interests have broadened to other aspects including bone, metabolic-disorders and the pharmacology, safety and health effects of bioactive compounds from some foods and medicinal plants in animal models. Her role as expert in centralized medicines at INFARMED led to invitations to join EMA (formerly EMEA) as an expert collaborating since 2005. She also participated on European council and several EMEA Working Groups (2004-2007) developing European Regulatory Strategy.

Her research Intrests are based on bone, metabolic-disorders and the pharmacology, safety and health effects of bioactive compounds from some foods and medicinal plants in animal models.

Dinesh Rao is currently professor of Pediatric Dentistry at Pacific Dental College and Hospital, Pacific University, Udaipur, India, where he is working since its inception. He has graduated in dentistry from Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Mangalore and obtained his Master’s degree in Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry from A.B. Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences, Mangalore, India. He has published several papers in national as well as international journals. He has contributed several chapters in different text books of Pediatric Dentistry. He has been included in the review boards of variouspeer reviewed national and international scientific journals. His Scientific poster was judged as the second best at the 7th biennial conference of Pediatric Dentistry Association of Asia held at Manila, Philippines in the year 2010. He also won second prize for his scientific paper presentation, at the 8th biennial conference of Pediatric Dentistry of PDAA held at Bali, Indonesia in 2012. His research interests include dentistry for special children, cariology and developmental anomalies in children, where he has several review articles to his credit.

My Name is Faraz Ahmed Farooqi. Faraz worked as Lecture of Bio-statistics at college of Dentistry, University of Dammam (December 2012 to Present). Faraz received his Master’s Degree in Statistics from University of Karachi, Pakistan in 2009.
After getting degree he started as QA officer in private business for six months then switched to a big Government Hospital located in Karachi, Pakistan and started professional career as Statistician (December 2010- Dec.2012). He also completed his MBA degree in 2012 from Business School in Karachi University. He started his research career in late 2013 and had four published articles (Details attached in CV). Inmaculada Hernandez, PharmD, earned her Pharmacy degree from the University of Navarra, Spain, and she completed her clinical training in the North Middlesex University Hospital and Green Light Pharmacy, both in London, UK. She received her Master's degree in Health Economics and Pharmacoeconomics from the University Pompeu i Fabra, Spain. Her master's thesis was based on the implementation of a value-based price regulation of prescription drugs in the UK. Currently, she is involved in doctoral studies in Health Services Research and Policy at the University of Pittsburgh, where she works for the Pharmaceutical Economics Research Group, under the supervision of Dr. Zhang. Her work is focused on the use of claims data to study the effectiveness and safety of new drugs, particularly novel oral anticoagulants, in real-world clinical practice. She is also interested in evaluating patterns of diffusion and adoption of new drugs and in value-based insurance design.

KusenkoYevhen qualified with a DenMed (hons) in pathogenesis of dental and craniofacial diseases from the Madical University of Kiev Ukraine in 2008 and went on to study an MPhil and PhD in Sumy State UniversityUkraine. Following a short research appointment at the Department of Pathology, he was appointed as a maxillofacial pathology disease in 2012 and subsequently promoted to Senior Lecturer in 2012.

Dr. Lucas Guimarães Abreu is a Professor at the Department of Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Abreu works with epidemiology and systematic reviews. His main area of investigation is the impact of malocclusion and orthodontic treatment on the quality of life of adolescents and their families. Abreu has also published extensively in this area and has also served as an editorial member of several dental journals.

Dr. Mahmoud Al-Dajani is an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery and Diagnostic Sciences at the College of Dentistry, Aljouf University, Saudi Arabia. He holds the Fellowship of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, and he is also a fellow of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, Canada.
Dr. Al-Dajani got an MSc degree in Dental Public Health from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto, Canada, and Master’s and PhD degrees in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the University of Damascus, Syria.

Xiao-Wen Jiang(D.D.S., Ph.D), graduated in Stomatology (major in oral and maxillofacial sugery) at the University of Sichuan (China), obtain his Ph.D in 2010. Dr. Gang Li is Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology. He obtained his DDS degree in 1993 and worked as a general dentist for more than 6 years. In 1999, he went to Stockholm, Sweden and studied in Karolinska Institutet where he got his PhD degree in 2004. Since then he did his post-doc work at ACTA, Amsterdam, the Netherlands until 2007 when he came back to china. Dr. Halima Abukabbos born in Saudi Arabia and graduated with a doctor of dental surgery from King Saud University, Saudi Arabia in 2003. In 2010, she finished her advanced education in pediatric dentistry specialty. Dr. Abukabbos, was awarded a fellowship position in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, College of Dentistry, University of Florida, Gainesville -Florida in 2013-2014, she is currently working as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor in the same department and seeking to finish her degree in the Master of Public Health program in the same university. Dr.Abukabbos was recently selected in the top 1% postgraduate students in University of Florida and a member of Honor society (AEL), has special interests in special needs patients including cleft lip and palate, craniofacial anomalies, cariology and dental public health education researches. Dr.Abukabbos attended and presented in several conferences, has several publications and a member of several societies.

My interests are focused towards the identification and characterization of heritable gene mutations that affect the hard tissue development.
