I grew up in Iran, a country also known as Persia. Before coming to the US, I obtained my B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science, Software Engineering. In addition, I had my international studies at Technical University of Wien, Austria, and Oracle Education Center in KL, Malaysia. I am currently a PhD candidate in the Department of Computer Science at University of Wisconsin (UW)-Milwaukee. I am also a member of the Biomedical Modeling and Visualization Lab at UW-Milwaukee.
My research interests include: 3D Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Text Mining, and Big Data.

Anil Kumar obtained his masters and doctoral degrees in biochemistry from Lucknow University in 1973 and 1983, respectively. He worked as Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Biochemistry at the Lucknow University for about 08 years. In 1985, he joined Prof. Jack Preiss lab at the Michigan State University, East Lansing, USA. There, he worked on DNA sequencing and site directed mutagenesis. He is working as Professor & Head of the School of Biotechnology, Devi Ahilya University, Indore, India since June, 1991. He has published nearly 120 full length research papers in various International and National journals of high repute. He also guided more than 25 Ph.D. students. He also authored 10 books. His book on Molecular Biology is published by Horizon Scientific Press, UK and on genetic engineering by Nova Science Publishers, USA. A book on ‘Enzymes & Enzyme Technology’ has been published by MV Learning, London in 2015. In 2012, his book on Biochemical Tests has been published by Viva Books Pvt Ltd. He also authored number of chapters for many books including Encyclopedia of Molecular Cell Biology & Molecular Medicine. He also presented his research work at number of International Conferences. He was invited to host & chair a symposium at the 4th World Congress of Cellular & Molecular Biology held at Poitiers, France in 2005. Although his lab is mainly Enzyme technology lab but his students work in many diversified areas. He also won number of awards. He also worked on many Administrative positions in the University. He also worked as Acting Vice-Chancellor of the University many times. He is founding member of the School of Biotechnology at the Devi Ahilya University. He hosted and organized 5th World Congress of Cellular & Molecular Biology (November 02-06, 2009) & was the Congress President. He is fellow of many Societies including World Society of Cellular & Molecular Biology, France where 21 Nobel Laureates are also the fellows. In 2012, his chapter on Regulation of Gene Expression has been published in Epigenetic Regulation and Epigenomics (a two volume series from Wiley VCH). In 2014, his updated chapter on Regulation of Gene Expression has been published in RNA Regulation (a two volume series from Wiley VCH) and again in Synthetic Biology-Advances in Molecular Biology and Medicine. in 2015 (a two volume series from Wiley VCH) His CV is available on the website ,www.biotech.dauniv.ac.in.

Dr.Placide POBA-NZAOU is an Associate Professor of Information Technology and HR in the HR & Organization Department at the School of Business at the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM), Canada. Dr. Poba-Nzaou’s research interests include the adoption and implementation of Enterprise Systems in organizations, Open Source Software, the deployment of IT in support of HR processes, and the impacts of IT in Health Care Organizations. Po-Hsun Cheng

Po-Hsun Cheng received the B.S. degree in information and computer engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University, Chungli, Taiwan, in 1988, the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from University Southern California, Los Angeles, California, USA, in 1992, and the Ph.D. degree in electronics engineering from National Taiwan University, Taiwan, in 2005.
Since 2008, he has been a member of the faculty in the Department of Software Engineering and Management, National Kaohsiung Normal University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, where he is currently an associate professor. He is also an adjunct associate professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Science, Cheng Shiu University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. He was an assistant professor of the Department of Healthcare Information and Management, Ming Chuan University, Taipei, Taiwan.
Dr. Cheng was Deputy Director, Information Systems Office, National Taiwan University Hospital, Taipei, Taiwan, where he leaded a team to replace the 26-year hospital information systems by web-based distributed systems (2005-2008).
He was an honorary fellow in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Wisconsin, Madison, WI, USA in 2015. He was a visiting researcher in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of California, Riverside, CA, USA in 2000.
His research interests include health informatics, software engineering, hardware/software co-design, design pattern, and parallel programming.
Cheng is a member of ACM, IEEE and IEICE, a senior member of the TAMI, HL7 Taiwan and IICM. He is the Board Member of TAMI (2006-2015) and HL7 Taiwan (2006-2015). He was the Secretary General of HL7 Taiwan (2002-2006).
His research interests include health informatics, software engineering, hardware/software co-design, design pattern, and parallel programming.

Shihui Ying received his B.Eng. degree in Mechanical Engineering and Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China in July 2001 and April 2008, respectively.
He is currently an associate professor with the Department of Mathematics, School of Science, Shanghai University, and Shanghai, China. He was a postdoctoral in Biomedical Research Imaging Center (BRIC), University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, U.S.A., from 2012 to 2013. His research interests include mathematical theory and methods for medical imaging and image analysis. Dr. Ying is a member of IEEE from 2009 and services as an Editor of JSM Mathematics and Statistics from Jan, 2013.

Dr. Gang Li is Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology. He obtained his DDS degree in 1993 and worked as a general dentist for more than 6 years. In 1999, he went to Stockholm, Sweden and studied in Karolinska Institutet where he got his PhD degree in 2004. Since then he did his post-doc work at ACTA, Amsterdam, the Netherlands until 2007 when he came back to china. Dr. Gang Li is currently one member of the Selection committee of Research Award of International Association of Dentomaxillofacial Radiology, founder member of European Academy of Dentomaxillofacial Radiology. Standing committee member and secretary of Chinese Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, Standing committee member of Chinese Society of Medical Imaging Physics. He has authored more than 60 peer-reviewed articles and served as Associated Editor for the Journal of "Dentomaxillofacial Radiology" since 2011. He also served as editorial board members for the journals "Imaging Science in Dentistry", " International Journal of Radiology", "ACTA Odontology Turcica", "World Journal of Stomatology", etc.

Vincent Kiberu currently is a PhD in Telemedicine research student. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology specializing in security for web-technologies, a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics & Computer Science) from Makerere University Kampala. In addition, Vincent has attended a 2 years’ MakSPH/CDC fellowship program on mentorship training in health program leadership and management with a special focus in Public Health Informatics. Vincent has published scientific papers in peer reviewed journals in the area of health informatics and also presented papers at local and international conferences. He has extensive experience, over 10 years, training users using e-learning platforms, and designing and implementation of web-based systems, monitoring and evaluation of health programs, conducting qualitative and quantitative research as well as administering huge electronic databases. Besides, Vincent has a passion in use of telemedicine technologies to bridge the digital divide between physicians and their clients in the delivery of quality and equitable healthcare.

Dr. Noel Alpins has been specialising in cataract and refractive surgery since founding New Vision Clinics in Melbourne in 1996. He speaks widely on these topics at national and international meetings. He has developed new techniques for treating and analysing astigmatism known as the Alpins Method which are journal published and described on Wikipedia and has developed the ASSORT array of surgical management computer programs for vector planning and analysis of treatment. Noel is on the editorial board of several ophthalmic information magazines and peer reviewed journals. He is also a recipient of the 2013 American Academy Ophthalmology (AAO) Achievement Award and the ISRS Lifetime Achievement award for his internationally recognised contributions to the advancement of refractive surgery over his career. In May 2015 he was awarded the Certificate of Outstanding Contribution in Reviewing for the Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery in recognition of his contributions made to the quality of the journal.
